| Abstract: | This paper analysid an incorrect diagnosis cace of primary pulmonary hypertension. It also deals with my experience in treating reafractory congestive heart failure which has result form primary pulmonary hypertension with dobatamin angiorensin converting enzyme inhibtor Mag. sulfas. In addition, it discusses the mechanism and position of these medicines in treating this disease. |
