影响水稻愈伤组织植株再生频率的因素研究

摘    要:以水稻成熟种子为外植体,研究了影响水稻伤组织再生频率的各种因素,如渗透压,植物激素素和AgNO3等。发现不同基因型愈伤组织再生频率有很大差异,增加诱导培养基或分化培养基其中的渗透压和琼脂浓度,继代培养时加入适量的激动素或6-苄基氨基腺嘌呤以及在分化增减基中加入活性炭、玉米素等均可明显提高水稻愈伤组织的再生频率。

Abstract:The mature seeds of rice ( Qryza sativa L.) were used to study the influence factors of plant regeneration frequency of rice.The influence factors included osmotic pressure,plant hormone and AgNO 3 and so forth.The results showed that the frequency of plant regeneration varied greatly among different rice genotypes.Strengthening osmotic pressure and argar concentration in differentiation medium,supplement with activated charcoal (AC),zeatin (ZT) and AgNO 3 in differentiation medium have significantly increased the frequency of plant regeneration from callus in rice.
