基于中文WINDOWS95简繁转换系统的设计

随着计算机信息处理技术的不断发展，汉字简繁体问题也越显突出，大陆推行简化汉字已有四十多年，而港、台及海外部分华人居住区仍使用繁体字，因此，在两地人们用计算机交流信息时，就常常要遇到简繁、繁简转换问题，本文提出一种基于中文ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９５的简繁、繁简汉字转换系统，文中介绍了该系统中所使用的数据结构和处理流程。

It becomes a. more and more important problem to convert from Simplified Chinese Characters into Complex Chinese Characters and vice versa while computer information process technique is developing. It has been forty years since Simplified Chinese Characters were used in the mainland. However, Complex Chinese Characters are still used in Hongkong, Taiwan, and some oversea area. People exchanging information between the mainland and Hongkong or Taiwan with computer often confront with the problen of converting between Simplified Chinese Characters and Complex Chinese Characters.The article puts forword a conversion method based upon Pwindows'95 between simplified Chinese Characters and complex Chinese Characters. It gives data structures and processing flowchart of the system in detail.
