论素质教育与小班化教学的实施

摘    要:小班化教学,以其在关注个体差异上的巨大优势,在某种程度上契合了素质教育的要求.文章在厘清素质教育与应试教育关系的基础上,认为小班化教学能真正实现素质教育对个体差异的关注.文章分析了当前落实素质教育的小班化教学实施的有利条件,从改善评价方式等四个方面分析了小班化教学实施的注意事项.

Abstract:Mini-class teaching focuses on the differences among individuals, so it satisfies the requirement of quality-oriented education to some extent. This paper deals with the relationship between quality-oriented education and exam-oriented education and puts forward an idea that mini-class teaching may help realize the goal of quality-oriented education. It analyzes some favorable conditions of carrying out mini-class teaching and explains some points that should be noted in this process, such as improving the evaluation system.
