陶瓷基金属复合材料残余应力的计算及其增韧效应分析

摘    要:分析了韧性金属颗粒增韧陶瓷复合材料的残余应力对增韧的影响,指出残余应力的存在提高了金属颗粒作用于裂纹表面的桥联应力,对增韧有一定的贡献.运用Eshelby方法导出了两相复合材料残余应力的理论计算式,为该类材料的增韧设计提供了思路.

Abstract:The residual stress and its influence on the toughness of ceramic matrix-metall particle composites arc studied in this paper. It is shown that the bridging stress of metall particles has been strengthened by the residual stress, which has some contribution to the toughness increment. Finally the residual stress of two-phase composites is derived using Eshelby method, and the theoretical analysis provides basis for further material toughening design.
