Analysis of Current Status and Development Prospect of Outward Bound Training in Wuhan

Outward bound training is an extraordinary activity that entered Chinese people＇s mind at the end of the twentieth century.It has been broadly accepted by many companies and is popular among young people, because it makes special contributions to strengthening the mind, developing potentials, solidifying the team,improving personality and so on.Wuhan started outward bound training earlier than other cities. It has a strong advantage and an important position in this industry nationwide, on the aspects of resource, scale, quantity, quality and environment. However, in contrast to the industry progress, the theory research of outward bound training lags. Especially, the research of current status and advantage of outward bound training in Wuhan has rarely been reported.Therefore,in order to find a scientific practical method for the sustainable development of outward bound training in Wuhan,this paper deeply investigated and analyzed the living space, competitive advantage,current status, and perspects of outward bound training in Wuhan.
