| 摘 要： | 随着高校毕业生就业制度改革的不断深入和毕业生就业市场体制逐步确立,高校毕业生就业心理也发生了根本性的变化,这给当代大学生就业教育特别是心理教育提出了一个崭新的课题,本文对高校毕业生的就业过程中存在的一些不良心理进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
