区域定量风险评价方法在民用爆炸物品生产企业中的应用

摘    要: 为合理规划民用爆炸物品生产企业的危险源,明确企业对所在区域的影响,总结并完善了区域定量风险评价指标,建立了风险计算模型,给出了个人风险和社会风险的可接受标准,并对某民用爆炸物品生产企业进行了安全评估。通过分析计算,得到了该企业的个人风险等值线图和社会风险图。结果表明,该企业的个人风险和社会风险均未超过推荐标准的可接受风险水平,说明区域定量风险评价方法在民用爆炸物品生产企业的安全评价中具有应用价值,对民用爆炸物品生产企业的规划选址与总图布置具有一定的指导意义。
