水溶性聚合物HPL强化烧结的研究

摘    要:通过往烧结混合料中添加少量水溶性有机高分子聚合物来强化混合料的制粒和烧结,可以提高烧结利用及降低烧结能耗。本文讨论了往烧结混合料中添加少量有机高分子化合物HPL强化烧结试验研究的结果。研究表明:在有2%(指质量分数,下同)生石灰的条件下,添加0.03%HPL使烧结利用系数提高5%-8%;在无生石灰的条件下,添加0.03%HPL使烧结利用系数提高8%-15%,据矿相分析结果表明,添加0.03%HPL后,烧结矿起气孔变小,使烧结矿强度提高1%左右,并使还原性好的铁酸钙含量增加8%-10%,这有利于高炉冶炼。

Abstract:Strengthening granulation and sintering by adding a little hydrosoluble organic high polymer in sintering mixtures can increase the specific productivity of sintering and decreased the energy consumption of sintering. The results of strengthening sintering test by adding organic high polymer HPL in sintering mixtures are discussed in this paper. Lab test results indicate that with 0 03%HPL added, the specific productivity of sintering in 2% quicklime is increased by 5%-8%; and the specific productivity of sintering in no quicklime is increased by 8%-15%. The results obtained from the mineragraphy analysis of sintering agglomerates indicate that with 0 03% HPL added, the gas holes of agglomerate becomes smaller so that its strengthen can be improved significantly, and the content of calcium ferrite of good reducibility is increased by 8%-10%. This agglomerate is suited for smelting.
