| 摘 要： | 椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的诊断及治疗方法多种多样．作者仅从X线片、CT、经颅多普勒超声检查、MRI等影像学诊断，以及治疗如颈椎牵引、手法、针刺、中药治疗、中西医结合治疗、小针刀治疗、综合疗法等方面，对CSA的研究进展进行了综述．
