摘    要:考虑物性参数与温度的相关性,将三维瞬态温度场与热弹塑性形变场耦合,对激光诱发的热应力弯板过程进行了动力显式有限元模拟并定量地揭示了其成形机理.分析发现:激光弯曲成形时板料的应力状态与机械折弯时有根本不同;当激光束沿直线单向扫描时,板料两端的弯曲角度不同;板料的长度大于10倍板厚或5倍光斑尺寸时,板长对弯曲角度的影响不再显著;沿扫描方向,距离光斑中心3倍光斑尺寸以外的区域,仍然对弯曲变形量产生影响.数值模拟所得的位移场的形态与实验吻合.

Abstract:Based on the thermo-mechanical coupling models, the FEM simulation on laser bending of sheet metal has been conducted with the consideration of temperature dependency . The main results show that: (1) The me chanism of laser bending is very different from that in bending with hard tools. (2) The bending angle is varied along scanning direction, and there is a deform ation wave in the process. (3) The effects of sheet length on bending can be neg lected while the length is more than 10 times of thickness. (4) The sheet width has much higher influence on the bending process. Numerical results agree well w ith experimental results in reference.
