| Abstract: | Non-gowvernmental higher education is developed rapidly in the recent years,which has already become the indispensable component of higher educational undertaking.Whether the non-governmental higher education is vigorous,whether it possesses the comperitiveness,the very key problem lies in strengthening the management in teaching,financial affairs and logistics to make the non-governmental institution of higher education in prove their prestige in the society and promote development of the non-governmemal university's undertaking. |
