摘    要:企业应通过订立合法完备的劳动合同、建立健全企业的规章制度、认真履行劳动合同等预防劳动纠纷的发生,当发生劳动争议时,应通过协商、调解、仲裁、诉讼程序使劳动争议得到圆满解决。

Abstract:The enterprise should prevent the happening of the labor dispute through concluding the legal and complete labor contract,establishing and perfecting the rules and regulations of the enterprise,and performing the labor contract earnestly,etc.,and when the labor dispute happens,the enterprise should make it be solved completely through the consultation,conciliation,arbitration and litigation.
