| 摘 要： | 在沼气发酵反应过程中,运用自动控制技术将直接改善反应速度,并将大大提高生产沼气的质量及产量。本文介绍了西门子S7-200系列PLC在沼气发酵反应自动控制系统中的应用。针对如何提高沼气的产量问题进行了研究,决定运用PLC控制器中的PD控制算法对其中一些主要模拟量参数进行闭环控制;并针对现场存在的实际问题,提出了一些具体的解决办法。
