心理契约与员工职业生涯管理探讨

摘    要:心理契约又称心理合同,其本质是员工个体与企业组织之间对责任和义务的相互期望。它对员工的职业生涯起着重要的指导作用。从职业生涯管理的视角,探讨员工在探索阶段、确立阶段、维持阶段、下降阶段等不同职业生涯阶段的心理契约的特点,以及对其实行的有效管理手段:指导、体现公平、开发和关怀。

Abstract:The psychological contract plays an important role in the employee's career. Its essence is the mutual expectation of responsibility and obligation between the employee and the enterprise organization. This paper aimed to discuss the psychological contract's invisible, informal and subjective characteristics in the employee's different career stages, including exploitation stage, establishment stage, maintenance stage and decline stage. At the end, this paper provided a set of valid management rules which express guidance, fairness, exploitation and consideration.
