几种生物质热重曲线的分析

摘    要:试验研究检测了玉米秸秆,小麦秸秆的热解特性.并对几种生物质的热解过程进行了分析.差热曲线的计算分析表明,生物质热解反应是一个一级反应过程,据此获得了生物质的动力学参数——频率因子和活化能,最后得到生物质的热解动力学方程.

Abstract:The thermogrametric curves of biomass recorded by thermogrametric analyzer were used to study the devolatilization characteristics of biomass.With the improvement of thermogrametric analyzer,the TG,DTG and DTA curves of biomass can be derived from tests.On the other hand,thermogrametic analyzer also can give other key data,which provide a powerful way to obtain the evolatilization characteristics correctly.The pyrolysis characteristics of corn stalk and wheat straw were studied from the tests.According to differential thermal analysis of the biomass,the parameters of pyrolytic kinetics of biomass were calculated to obtain the equation of pyroytic kinetics of biomass.The pyrolytic reaction of biomass is a first order reaction.
