基于烧结过程各带迁移规律的烧结终点预报方法

摘    要:提出利用最小二乘法拟合烧结废气温度曲线,求曲线方程的二阶导数计算出烧结废气温度的四个拐点. 结合烧结过程各带的迁移情况,计算得出拐点所对应的各带前沿到达料层底部的温度. 根据拐点出现的时间,求出烧结过程中各带前沿平均速度. 利用多元线性回归法和F检验进一步考察烧结工艺参数对各带前沿平均速度的影响规律,并给出了它们之间的关系式. 利用该关系式, 可以在节能和提高烧结矿平均粒度的原则下,定量地调整工艺参数以稳定烧结终点.

Abstract:The temperature curve of flue gas was fitted by the least square methods during the sintering process,and then 4 flexions of the temperature curve were calculated by solving a two-order derivative of the temperature curve.According to the migration law of each sintering zone,the temperature at the flexions can be obtained,which represents that the forefront of each sintering zone arrive at the sintering grate.As the arrival time of a flexion is known,the average speed at the forefront can be calculated.Mult...
