提高教育质量 凸显办学特色——兼对新余高专办学的思考

高校的发展要有量的扩张，更应注重质的提高。质的提高，一是各校要有明确的人才培养目标；二是要狠抓学风、教风；三是要加大对教学的投入，不断改善教学条件；四是要深化教学改革，重视实践教学。特色，是一个学校办学方面的传统和优势。以特色立校，才能在竞争中赢得主动。高职高专学校也应努力办出自身特色。
