基于蓝噪声掩膜的印染花布图案半色调技术

印染花布图案的数字化半色调处理是如何由同一种主色的浓淡渐变灰级图级过数字化半色调处理得到同样具有高分辨率高精度的二值图象，使之在激光成像仪挂网输出能够模拟原始灰级图的黑白胶片的技术。作者引出“蓝噪声掩膜”这一概念的设想，提出了构造蓝噪声掩膜的算法，通过用蓝噪声对分色片的印染花布图案作二值化处理得到了精确反映原图频率特性的半色调图像，满足了印染花布对分色胶片输出的要求。

THE HALFTONE TECHNIQUE OF PRINTING AND DYEING PATTERN BASED ON THE BLUE NOISE MASK

Half tone Process of printing and dyeing pattern is a technique of how to yield a binary patternwith high resolution and high precision from shading gray tone image of the same prime color, then sent itinto a laser image recorder and get the monochrome film with the similar gray tone illusion of the originalgray tone image. We present the conception of blue noise mask, develop an algorithm of its constructionmethod and get the half toned image which can accurately render the frequency properties of the originalimage by using the blue noise mask on the color - separation plate of printing and dyeing pattern, so as tomeet the requirment of outputting film of printing and dyeing.
