百米途中跑中合理的步频、步幅的数学模型

摘    要:百米途中跑的步频,步幅竟究如何匹配才是最合理的呢?这个课题一直是在探讨的一个难题。步频过快,则影响步长发挥,相反步长过长。又会影响最佳发力位置,损失水平速度。本文根据适宜的步长、步幅应是多少这个问题,推导计算出一种数学模型。每一个百米运动员可以根据公式求出本人百米途中跑的最佳步长和步频,使之取得最佳的成绩。

Abstract:In a 100m-race, the step-frequency should match the step-length. How can you do it better? It is a difficult question to answer. If the frequency is too high, it will shorten the step-length. If the distance between two steps is too long, the best force point and level speed will be lost. Here a mathematical model has been formulated for a 100m-runner, who can get his best step-length. which matches his step-frequency best in order to achieve his best record.
