| 摘 要： | 设计并应用了KnockoutTM SR无血清培养基,在STO (SIM mouse embryo-derived thioguanine and ouabain resistant)饲养层上培养小鼠精原干细胞(spermatogonial stem cells, SSCs).结果表明小鼠SSCs在这一体系中能在短期内存活和形成克隆,并缓慢增殖,但不能更长时间地维持干细胞的不分化状态.
