| Abstract: | As a part of internationalization of education,cross-border education has been rapidly developed in the last 30 years,and has been given different terms like borderless education,transnational education,offshore education and cross-border education to describe this complex phenomenon.They also have interlaced ranges. Actually each term has its specific content,background and suitable areas.They couldn't always be replaced by others. |
