| 摘 要： | 利用工业计算机、PLC等设备，结合水泥工业的工艺特点及控制要求，用集成的方法研制了一套适合于水泥生产过程及流程工业的低造价的集散控制系统及开发平台。系统具有功能强、可靠性高和扩展性好、容易维护等特点，实用证明了系统的有效性。 |

| Abstract: | The low cost distributed control for cement production is presented.On the basis of the characteristic of cement production,The system consisted of PLC and the PC-bus based industrial computers is the process control system with the functions of data acquisition and processing,open-loop and closed-loop control,observing and operating,monitoring and generation of alarms,reporting and archiving.Quality assurance and cost-effectiveness is achieved through powerful automation systems. |
