圆柱弹簧的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:本文讨论了圆柱形螺旋压缩弹簧的计算机辅助设计。运用回归分析法建立了曲度系数与弹簧指数及碳素弹簧钢丝强度与簧丝直径的回归方程,将弹簧必须满足的各种要求作为约束条件,根椐许用应力建立了弹簧优化设计数学模型,采用降维搜索法求解。成功的解决了利用微型机配合平板绘图仪绘制圆柱形螺旋压缩弹簧产品零件图的几个技术问题。

Abstract:This paper discusses the computer aided design of cylindrical spiral compre ssive spring. Two regression equations about tensile strength of carbon spring with diameter of spring wire and curvature coefficient with spring index are established by applying regression analysis. The requrments which must be met by springs are used as restrictive condition,the mathematical model of spring optimum design is established according to allowance tension and solved by direct seekingme thod. Several technical problems using a computer with a plotter to draw a spring production figure have been overcome successfully
