| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽省6所高师体育教育专业(本科)球类课程师资队伍和场地设施现状的调查分析.结果表明,教师呈现年轻化的特点,青年教师人数在任课教师中已占主导地位,学历和职称不高,学缘结构也不尽合理,供教学用器材质量差,使用寿命短.针对现状提出发展对策和建议.

| Abstract: | This present article was devoted to the investigation and analysis of the teaching staff and sports facilities of physical education ball courses of six universities in Anhui province.The results showed that there were more young teachers and they played a dominant role in teaching.However,their degrees and professional titles were not satisfatory.The sports facilities available were of poor quality.Finally,the author put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improvement. |
