对加强青少年思想政治教育的多维思考

思想政治教育是帮助青少年树立科学的世界观、人生观和价值观的基础。青少年是祖国未来的建设者和构建社会主义和谐社会的生力军,加强青少年思想政治教育,是坚持社会主义办学方向,培养社会主义建设者和接班人的中心任务。近年来,在青少年思想政治建设中存在的问题日益突出,如学习趋于分化、人际关系紧张、思想道德滑坡、挫折难于适应,等等。原因有：学校教育中的德育低效、家庭教育中的重心偏误、社会文化市场上的负面影响。因此,我们要提高认识,加强和改进青少年思想政治教育,变＂封闭式＂为＂开放式＂、变＂单向灌输＂为＂双向交流＂、变＂强迫式＂为＂自主式＂。

The Multi-dimensional Introspection on the Strengthening of Juvenile Ideological and Political Education

Ideological and political education plays a fundamental role in helping juveniles develop the scientific world view,philosophy of life as well as value adoptions.Since juveniles are creators of the future world and the cornerstones in constructing the harmonious socialist society,strengthening the juvenile ideological and political education can be regarded as the core cause in adhering to socialist education direction and fostering socialist builders and successors.However,nowadays,some alarming issues,namely the polarization of academic records,the tense interpersonal relationship,the decline of morality and ill adoption to frustrations,increasingly pop out in the juvenile ideological and political education.The above rocky issues can be attributed to the inefficiency of moral education in schools,the mal-focus of domestic nurturing as well as the negative influence exerted by the cultural market of the society.Therefore,we are obliged to strengthen and innovate the juvenile ideological and political education by transforming ＂closed-end＂ education into ＂open-up＂ mechanism,＂unidirectional implantation＂ into ＂bidirectional communication＂ and ＂enforcement＂ into ＂autonomy＂.
