论宋初的社会流动——以武将群体为例

在五代宋初,募兵制度的盛行、文官制度尚未确立的背景之下,武人专政迭起,社会各个阶层的身份发生了迅速的变化,特别是社会中下层身份的人群可以通过这一动荡时期的途径改变自己的社会阶层属性,成为社会垂直流动大幅度加快下的受益者。文章对于五代宋初的武将群体的出身环境、个人所具备的才能和他们得以成为武将的流动途径进行分析,希望把当时各阶层出身武将的流动过程以动态的角度呈现出来。

On the Social Mobility at the Beginning of Song dynasty Exemplified by High Ranking Officials

Under the background of the prevailing conscription system and the underdeveloped civil official system from Five Dynasties to the beginning of Song dynasty,the military tyrannical administration flourished.The identities of different classes altered vigorously,esp.the middle and humble strata of people could make it in this manner,benefiting from this dramatically vertical social mobility rush.This paper analyzes and explores the family background of high ranking officials,their capacity and qualification as well as the way to reach the top of the pyramid,anticipating to draw a vivid picture of how this social mobility worked at the time
