试论明代王府官铨政制度

王府职官是自汉代正式形成的,专门辅导宗室、管理藩府日常生活和行政的特殊职官群体。明代对王府官的铨选、考核、升转和致仕的重视程度与宗藩地位的变化有莫大的关系。明代王府官铨政制度以正统为界,先后经历了由重视到歧视的更替过程。正统以后,王府官铨政制度的弊端导致了王府官庸、劣、老病问题日益突出,这是与明中后期藩禁制度的形成,宗藩权利受限以及明廷为解决＂选人—官缺＂供求矛盾休戚相关的。

Forming officially in the Han Dynasty,the palace official is a special group,which are Specially assisting imperial clan and managing Palace＇s daily life and administration.The selection of palace official,the inspection to them,to be promoted and transferred and the importance to officials,has great relations with the imperial clan status＇ change.The system of selecting palace officials,experienced successively from has taken seriously to the discrimination in Ming Dynasty.After the Zheng tong period,the malpractice of selecting palace officials caused lots of questions,such as incompetent,inferior and illness.And those questions to be serious day by day.And the reason is the forming of the ban of vassal and the limitation of vassal＇s right in the mid and late Ming Dynasty.It is also related to the government of Ming Dynasty,who is to solve the problem of ＂selecting palace officials—lack of officials＂.
