| Abstract: | When it comes to the development of intra-Party democracy from the perspective of Party constitution,the construction of the intra-Party democracy exhibits several distinct characteristics.Firstly,the development has taken a zigzag course.Secondly,the priority has been put on the strengthening of supervisory powers.Thirdly,to magnify and safeguard the rights of Party members has been regarded as fundamental intent.Fourthly,the perfection of the congress system is deemed as the guarantee of the democratic mechanism.Lastly,intra-party electoral system should be conducted and bettered attentively. |
