地方高校后勤系统优化管理面临的问题及对策

优质高效的后勤管理模式能促进地方高校教育教学工作的发展,保障师生员工全身心地投入到学习与工作中,因此后勤管理模式的优化研究具有重要的理论与实践意义。通过调查湖南省的部分高校后勤管理现状,得知湖南省高等学校后勤管理模式以依托型的分离式后勤管理模式为主,这种管理模式在运行中存在管理理念滞后、管理体制陈旧、管理机制不健全、员工素质不高等问题,严重制约后勤管理的优化,为此应采取一系列措施调控以促使后勤管理的高质高效。

Problems Facing on Logistics System and Solutions about Optimization of Local College in Logistics Management

High-quality and efficient logistics management mode can promote the development of educating and teaching in local universities and ensure that the teachers,students and other workers devote to studying and working,so the optimization study of logistics management mode has important theoretical and practical significance.Through the investigation of some of universities in Hunan province,we transpire that the college logistics management model of Hunan have two basic forms,namely relying and separative logistics management mode and social-involvement and independent logistics management mode.There are some drawbacks in the two modes while in operation,which seriously restrict the optimization.Therefore we should take a series of measures to control the logistics management,making sure that it works with high quality and efficiency.
