| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析了知识经济与素质教育的互动关系 ,阐述了素质教育在知识经济发展中的全局性、先导性、基础性的地位和作用。重点从六个方面提出了厦门实施素质教育的政策性建议 ,以期厦门素质教育有新的进展、新的特色。
