摘    要:提出一个改进的多址接入控制协议,即基于中央预定信令调控的多址接入(centralized reservation signaling based multiple access,CRSMA)。该协议利用了IEEE802.15中所使用的小网络中央控制器(piconet coordinator,PNC)的特点,避免了数据的碰撞, 减少了控制信令的使用并且解决了空信道问题。对该协议进行了仿真分析,把该协议与IEEE802.11中的多址接入控制协议,即载波侦听多址接入/冲突避免(carrier sense multiple access with collision avoidance,CSMA/CA),以及当前典型的改进方法进行了性能对比。最终的分析和仿真结果可以证明,从获得更高的吞吐量和更好的带宽利用率的角度而言,CRSMA优于CSMA/CA及其大多数改进的方法。

Abstract:An improved multiple access control (MAC) protocol, namely, centralized reservation signaling based multiple access (CRSMA), was proposed in this paper. It was a reservation based protocol utilizing the benefits of piconet coordinator (PNC) used in IEEE 802.15 to eliminate the collision, introduce less control traffic and solve empty channel problem. The performance of CRSMA was analyzed, simulated and compared with carrier sense multiple access with collision avoidance (CSMA/CA) used in the IEEE 802.11 MAC protocol and its typically improved methods. The analysis and numerical results in the paper prove that CRSMA outperforms both CSMA/CA and most current improved methods in terms of getting a higher throughput and better bandwidth efficiency.
