γ-氨丙基倍半硅氧烷的水解聚合机理研究及产物结构表征

摘    要:以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(H2N·CH2·CH2·CH2·Si(OC2H5)3)为原料,通过控制其水解缩聚的条件制备聚γ-氨丙基倍半硅氧烷。本文详细论述了聚γ-氨丙基倍半硅氧烷的水解缩合过程,推断其水解缩合的机理,并利用FTIR,XRD,NMR等手段对聚合产物进行了结构表征,确定了合成产物的结构,证明产物中存在聚倍半硅氧烷结构。

Abstract:Use γ-aminopropyltriethyoxyl silane to prepare poly-γ-aminopropyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane by hydrolyzation and condensation has been reported in this paper. The process of hydrolyzation and condensation reaction has been discussed in detail. The structures of products were characterized by FTIR, XRD, NMR. The configuration of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane was proved in the products. The reaction mechanism was deduced.
