ZnO气敏器件的研制和应用

摘    要:对ZnO的气敏特性进行了研究,实验观察到通过烧结形成结晶状的ZnO有较好的气敏性质,并且在ZnO中掺一定量的Pt后,利用Pt的催化作用,能大大提高ZnO的气敏灵敏度,这种气敏特性可采用表面电阻模型理论来中通过合理设计电路,利用ZnO的气敏器件对有害气体进行监测和报警。

Abstract:The gaseous sensitive characteristics of ZnO have been studied. In this paper we have observed good gaseous sensitive characteristics in crystalline ZnO which were formed by burning and frying. When the amount of Pt was put into crystalline ZnO, the gaseous sensitivity of ZnO was enhanced greatly because of the catalysis of Pt. The gaseous sensitive characteristics can be analysed by surface resistance model theory. A reasonabledesigned circuit in which the gaseous sensitive device of ZnO have been applied can warn and control harmful gas.
