| 摘 要： | 当代中国高等职业教育发展迅速，高职学生的职业生涯规划也日渐成为人们关注的前沿性话题。然而，职业教育重视“技能”和“应用”的指导思想，被一些高职院校误解为可以淡化人文素质教育，致使高职学生的人文知识和素质水平有滑坡倾向。成功的个人职业生涯规划需要良好的人文素质基础，因此，加强人文素质教育是指导高职学生进行职业生涯规划的必要前提。
