| 摘 要： | 本通过西藏日喀则地区江孜县江热乡班觉伦布村半个世纪变迁的个案调查研究，具体介绍西藏的民族自治和民族发展的历程。民族区域自治政策不仅保障了藏民族的权利，建立起适应现代社会发展的全新社会经济化体系，更通过中央政府和内地各省在各个方面的无私援助，快速推进本地和本民族的发展，最终形成中国各民族平等团结和共同繁荣的大好局面。

| Abstract: | Through the case research and analyses of the Banjiulunbu Village of Jiangre, Jiangzi County in Shigatze during a half century's time, the paper introduces the course of Tibetan national autonomy and development. The policy of autonomy not only ensures the rights of Tibetan nationality, establishes the brand -new social and cultural system and also stimulates the development of local area and local people with the help from central government and other provinces finally to build up a great nation with nationalities equally unified and collectively prospered. |
