摘    要:高校后勤企业是一种特殊的行业企业 ,它具有双重属性 ,即教育属性和企业属性。管理者是后勤企业发展战略的思考者、制定者和执行者 ,企业有一套好的人力资源制度 ,关键取决于管理者的认识程度、重视程度 ,企业的文化和管理者的个人品质 ,工作作风密切相关。高校后勤企业管理者选拔应坚持内部培养与外部引进相结合 ,增强企业活力。管理者素养对后勤企业的发展起着至关重要的作用。

Abstract:The company of university logistic service is a special one. It should have the dual characteristics, as well as education and business. Managers are thinkers, formulators and executors of developing strategy of logistic service company. A distinctive human resources system depends on managers'level of understanding and seriousness. Corporate culture is closely interrelated to manager's individual quality and style of work. Managers' selection for university logistic service enterprise should insist on combination of internal training and external recommendation in order to strengthen enterprise's vitality. Managers' quality is critical in developing a logistic service at a university.
