NaClO─VAC改性玉米淀粉的工艺优化

摘    要:以玉米淀粉为原料,用次氯酸钠进行预氧化,然后以醋酸乙烯酯(VAC)进行乙酰化,合成了醋酸淀粉酯.采用单因素分析法,找到了较佳的工艺参数为m(淀粉):m(VAC)=1∶1.25,反应温度30℃,反应时间1h,pH值8~9,在此条件下制得产品的取代度为0.0386.

Selection on Technology Conditions of Double Modified Starch by NaClO-VAC
Abstract:Starch acetate is prepared from corn starch which is oxidized preparatory by NaClO and is acetylated by vinyl acetate (VAC), through single factor analysis of the optimum conditions: m(starch)∶m(VAC)=1∶1.25,reaction temperature 30 ℃, reaction time 1 h, pH 8-9,in these conditions the substitution degree of product is 0.038 6.
