| 摘 要： | １９世纪７０年代，中日两国先后修建铁路，但由于两国国情的不同、政策的差异，铁路的发展也大相径庭。在日本，铁路成为发展最快的产业，布局合理，管理先进，科技含量高；中国的铁路则发展缓慢，管理混乱，严重制约了社会经济发展。

| Abstract: | Duving the 1870s, both China and Japan started building railways. But the development in China was different from that in Japan beeause of the different nationd situtations and policies. In Japan railway gained the quiclest development among all industries owing to its reasonable designing, advanced administration and high contents of science and technology. In China, because of bad management the development of railway was rather slow and severely restricted the development of social economy. |
