续断清除DPPH·自由基的活性

摘    要:续断(Dipsacusasper Wall.)经95%乙醇冷浸提取,AB-8大孔吸附树脂柱分离,水-乙醇梯度洗脱,得到几个组份.利用紫外分光光度计检测样品对DPPH·自由基的清除活性,结果表明粗提物以及65%、50%、35%的乙醇洗脱液都具有显著的自由基清除作用,其中65%洗脱液的活性最强.

Abstract:Powdered stems of D. asper Wall, were extracted with 95% ethanol at room temperature. The crude extracts were chromatographied over AB-8 resin column in elution with gradient aqueous ethanol solution. The crude extracts and the eluents were subjected to antioxidant activity evaluation by means of scavenging DPPH radical group. The result showed that crude extracts and 65%, 50%, 35% ethanol eluents displayed marked radical-scavenging effects;furthermore, 65% eluent demonstrated best activity among the samples in this experiment.
