北方蚁主要成分含量测定

以北方蚁为实验材料，采用烘干法测定北方蚁含水量为41．58％；用灼烧法测定北方蚁的灰分含量为16．01％；以石油醚为提取液，对北方蚁粗脂肪进行提取和含量测定，结果均值为25．98％；分别用三种浓度乙醇为提取液，采用酸度计测定北方蚁含酸量，结果为以80％的乙醇提取最充分．

Formica Aquilonia Yarrow Principal Constituent Content Determination

The Formica aquilonia Yarrow is used as the experimental material in this paper. Its moisture content accounts for 41. 58% by the drying method; the ash content is 16. 01% by ignition; the content determination of the crude fat extract from the petroleum ether is 25.98% in average; the content of acid is determined with acidometer using three concentrations of ethanol as extract and the results shows that the extraction of the 80% is the fullest.
