小檗碱和多菌灵复配对桃褐腐病菌的抑制效果

摘    要:选用天然产物小檗碱和高效低毒的多菌灵进行复配,评价其对抑制桃褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)的增效作用。采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了小檗碱和多菌灵对桃褐腐病菌的抑制效果,经过线性回归计算得知其有效中浓度(EC50)分别为.314μg/mL和0.012μg/mL。在此基础上,基于等效线法中的相加作用,设置6等分点复配比,以共毒因子作为评价增效标准,考察了复配对抑制桃褐腐病菌的增效效果。结果表明,当小檗碱和多菌灵复配浓度比为3657:1时具有增效作用,即在小檗碱中加入微量多菌灵即能增强其抑菌效果。

Abstract:Monilinia fructicola has developed resistance to the majority of fungicides predominant in the market. Given the probable synergic effect between fungicides, berberine was mixed with carbendazim in an effort to enhance inhibition against M. fructicola. Firstly, the respective inhibition effects of berberine and carbendazim against M. fructicola were determined by measuring mycelium growth rates. By linear regression, the median effective concentrations (EC50) were found to be 8.314μg/mL and 0.012μg/mL, respectively. Based on the equivalent linear method, six equal division points were used for determining the mixing ratio, and the synergic effect was evaluated by measuring co-toxicity coefficients. Astonishingly, a synergic effect occurred when the concentration ratio of berberine and carbendazim was 36571, meaning that berberine inhibition against M. fructicola can be enhanced when very little :carbendazim is added.
