| Abstract: | Normal Hamster lung cells from an established line were treated with 1-500 microgram . ml-1 2-chlorobutadiene. Those treated with 1 microgram . ml-1 of the compound showed malignant transformations 14 weeks after treatment. The treatment with higher concentrations did not accelerate the transformation process. |
