| 摘 要： | 磁盘偏心问题是出现在硬盘装配制造过程中的一个主要质量问题。介绍了假设检验方法,并应用双样本比例假设检验方法确定了造成磁盘偏心问题的关键因素,从而采取针对性的改进措施,有效地解决了磁盘偏心问题,最终提高了产品质量。

| Abstract: | The eccentricity was a major quality issue in hard disk assembly process.In this paper,the Hypothesis Test method is introduced and the 2-Proportion Test method is applied in identifying critical causes of the eccentricity failure.The improvement action is implemented according to the critical cause.It effectively resolves the eccentricity failure and finally improves the quality of products. |
