构建大学德育与中学德育衔接的有效机制

大学与中学德育衔接是从学校德育工作实践的角度来讨论大中学段在德育方面的分工与协作,是实现大学与中学校德育一体化的必然要求。目前大学德育与中学德育严重分离、脱节的现状极大地削弱了学校德育的系统性和有效性。因此,当务之急必须构建大学与中学德育衔接的有效机制——素质教育机制、领导协调机制、沟通交流机制、激励机制、保障机制和评价机制。
