| 摘 要： | 科技创新平台,是高校与社会资源和合作创新的全新模式。平台的构建要突出自主创新、行业特色和服务社会的特点;组织创新要突出政府倡导,高校主导,企业、科研院所紧密合作,金融机构和中介组织积极参与的战略联盟;运行机制则应建立扁平互动的管理体制、产权清晰的合作机制和以人为本的激励机制。
