涡轮增压器压气机性能试验台测控系统

摘    要:设计了涡轮增压器压气机性能试验台测控系统,通过对压气机性能试验原理的分析,确定了压气机性能试验台测量参数和控制方法;对性能试验台测控系统硬件和软件部分进行了设计,编写了各模块的软件程序,使压气机性能整个试验过程实现了管理、控制一体化. 该系统已应用于实际的涡轮增压器压气机性能试验台上,验证了系统的稳定性和可靠性.

Abstract:Measurement and control systems for a turbocharger compressor performance test rig are designed and developed. By analyzing the principle of measurement in compressor performance experiments, the parameters and method of control of the compressor performance test rig are decided. The hardware and software section of the compressor performance test rig measurement and control systems are designed, and programs for the corresponding modules written. The compressor performance experimental process realizes an integration of management and control. The systems developed have been used in a real turbocharger compressor performance test rig and showed their reliability and stability.
