| 摘 要： | 目前我国私营企业主的个人素质缺陷,已经较为严重地影响了他们自身的成长和发展,影响了私营企业的发展壮大和作用的发挥.提高私营企业主的素质,引导私营企业和私营企业主健康成长必须采取以下策略:加强修养,提高私营企业主的思想道德素质;加强学习,提高私营企业主的科学文化素质;加强培训,提高私营企业主的经营管理素质;加强教育,提高私营企业主的法律意识;吸收入党,引导私营企业主自觉为党的事业而奋斗.

| Abstract: | Competence imperfection has greatly affected the development of the private businesses and their owners.In order to improve their competence and guide them to grow healthily, some measures should be taken: reinforcing their ideological and moral cultivation: increasing their knowledge about science and culture; strengthening their law sense; leading them to join the Party and contribute themselves to the great course of the Party. |
