| 摘 要： | 和谐劳动关系是和谐社会的重要组成部分。构建和谐劳动关系光靠法律＂硬件＂是不够的,还得运用道德＂软件＂,这不仅是可能的,而且是必要的,因为道德具有独特的＂杀毒＂功能,加强道德建设可以有效清除人们头脑中的＂病毒＂,保障劳动关系＂系统＂良性运行,持久和谐。

| Abstract: | A harmonious labor relation is an important and essential part of harmonious society. Besides law ＂hardware＂, establishing harmonious labor relation is also dependent on morality ＂software＂. It is both possible and necessary, because morality has special function of ＂virus-killing＂. If people attach importance to moral education, it can effectively delete the ＂virus＂ in people＇s minds, guarantee a smooth running of the system of labor relation, and make it keep a long-time harmony. |
