| 摘 要： | 基层社会组织应该在社会建设里面发挥重要作用,但是在"大政府,小社会"背景下,基层社会组织始终游离于社会建设主体的边缘.党的十七大提出发挥基层社会组织在乡村社会建设中的重要作用,赋予了基层社会组织的历史任务.如何实现基层组织在现代社会转型的定位与重构,本文从"第三部门"理论的视角进行梳理分析.
